The following products are manufactured by Ultraflex Systems Incorporated. We chose to use these products because they are of the highest quality in the industry. All of our banners can be heat-seamed to create one large banner. The heat seaming process is the strongest method of combining two substrates together. The welded seam becomes stronger than the actual material itself.
FRONTLIT:
- Banner 10 oz. Ultrabanner:
Ultrabanner is tear and fade resistant, specially made to resist curling. It is used primarily for indoor and outdoor banners. Maximum print width of 80" before tiling. Available in a Gloss or Matte finish.- Banner 13 oz. Jetflex FL: (preferred product)
Jetflex FL white front-lit banner substrate produces true, vibrant, eye-catching colors. It is used primarily for indoor and outdoor banners. Maximum print width of 80" before tiling. Available in a Gloss or Matte finish. The wider version of the same product is called Normandy Pro.
- Banner 13 oz. Normandy Pro: (preferred product)
Normandy Pro is a durable, white, flexible seamless banner material available in 10' 6" & 16' widths. Normandy Pro will withstand most types of weather conditions for up to 3 years indoor or outdoor. It is used primarily for billboard wraps and banners. Maximum print width of 16' before tiling. Available in a Gloss
or Matte finish. The narrow version of the same product is called Jetflex FL.
- Banner 15 oz. Ultrablockout Pro:
Ultrablockout Banner Pro, is a durable, white, flexible substrate that is tear and fade resistant. It is well suited for double sided banners for indoor or outdoor applications, or when complete opacity is necessary. Maximum print width of 10' 6" before tiling. Available in a Satin finish only.
- Banner 13 oz. Eclipse:
Eclipse is a banner material with a blackened back, ideally suited for billboard applications where the billboard face is to be tensioned only around a frame system. It can also be used for any blockout application. Maximum print width of 16' before tiling. Available in a Gloss or Matte finish.
BACKLIT:
- Flexface 20 oz. Ultralon 5:
Ultralon 5 is a heavy, durable, white, flexible backlit substrate for long term use. Tear and fade resistant, it will withstand all types of weather conditions and is structured for 5 year outdoor use. Maximum print width of 16' before tiling. Available in a satin finish only.
MESH:
- Banner 10 oz. Ultramesh 100:
Ultramesh 100 is a lightweight, porous PVC fabric that allows air to flow through it (30% air flow). This product is ideal for enormous (stadium / building wrap) images or can be used for banners and protective barriers on construction sites. Maximum print width of 16' before tiling. Available in a Matte finish only.
- Speaker Mesh 7 oz.:
Speaker Mesh is a lightweight, porous PVC fabric that allows air to flow through it. Speaker Mesh has the largest holes allowing 70% air flow through it and is most often used in acoustical applications (printed speaker covers).

- Canvas 20 oz. Wallscapes:
Wallscapes are used for wallcovering or upscale banner applications. Wallscapes can be installed using most commercial types of adhesives or can be hemmed and grommeted. It meets ASTM E-84-98 standards for Class A, Type 2 wallcovering. Maximum print width of 54". Call for finish options. This product is available in 9 different embossments. Stardust is our stock finish and is our most popular.
- Window Perf Ultravision:
Ultravision is a perforated black and white PVC adhesive vinyl. Ultravision can be exterior mounted for short term (1 year) exciting two-way window advertisement applications, as seen in store windows or on buses. Maximum print width of 53" before tiling. Available in a Satin finish only.
- Styrene 10 oz.:
Styrene is a rigid plastic which can be used indoor or outdoor. Styrene is well suited for frontlit or backlit signage. Used ideally for scrolling POP signs, banners, bus shelters, and trade show booth graphics. Maximum print width of 60" before tiling. Available in a Matte finish only.
