Wholesaler Login Instructions

Directions for New Users:
In the Wholesaler Login Area, you may click on the register button. Once you have clicked on the register button, you will then be re-directed to a registration form. Please fill out the information needed then click on the submit button. To begin you can even click on the register button below.

Directions for Registered Users:
In the Wholesaler Login Area, please enter your USER ID and PASSWORD in order to access all areas of our wholesale website.

Artwork Guidelines
File Preparation instructions:

Create your files to a manageable scale (versus the full scale of the final board).

We recommend working at a scale of 1:10 inch ration - 10â€ = 1â€ scale and using a .125" amount of bleed. Please provide a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for any photographic elements. For example, a 10'x20' banner would scale to 12"x24".

When building your file, please work in CMYK using US Web Coated (SWOP v2) color profile. If assigning PMS color callouts for solids, please use the Pantone Solid to Process library of colors as all jobs will be printed in 4-color process.

We accept the following file formats:

IBM Platform:
- Adobe Photoshop: CMYK / tif / psd / eps / jpg
- Adobe Illustrator: CMYK / ai / eps
- Corel Draw: CMYK / cdr
- Corel Photo Paint: CMYK / cpt / tif / jpg
- FlexiSign: CMYK / fs
- Adobe Acrobat: CMYK / pdf
- CASmate: CMYK / scv
- Inspire: CMYK / sci

- Please convert all fonts to curves/outlines. Placed/Imported images in these programs must be in CMYK format, unlocked, and all linked files included.

Vector Files:

- Vector files are not resolution dependent unless they contain embedded images.

All Media Accepted:

- IBM 3.5", 1.4 MB Floppy
- Iomega Zip removable cartridges
- Photo or write-able CD's
- DVD ReWrittable
- Original artwork or photos up to 8 1/2" x 11" for flatbed scanning.

Quality:

- The highest quality images are always produced from the best original art that you can provide. SharpSigns can perform image retouching, but we always ask for the best original artwork to start with.

Pantone Color Chart:

- We can only print digital "4-Color Process" (CMYK). Unfortunately, we CAN NOT print solid PMS colors. We can, however, match most PMS colors using CMYK. Some PMS colors cannot be matched exactly using CMYK. You may request a one square foot proof of your print for $30.00 to ensure color matching.

- To ensure accurate color matching, we recommend that all of our wholesalers purchase a "Pantone Solid to Process" color chart. Click on the link to your left to which will direct you to the Pantone website were you can purchase this chart. SharpSigns WILL NOT GURANTEE any colors unless a $30.00 proof is purchased on the specific material that the customer needs because each material will produce a different shade of color. For example glossy vinyl will produce one shade of red and a matte vinyl will produce another shade of red. These colors will be similar but not the same. SharpSigns will guarantee color if the customer is using the Pantone "Solid to Process" color chart.
